Housing and Registration will open to Exhibitors beginning in February 2017.
The official SFPA Housing provider is onPeak.
SFPA Members in good standing will have first option to make housing reservations. Room blocks and rates have been reserved at the following hotels closest to the Georgia World Congress Center in downtown Atlanta. onPeak is the Official Housing Provider. Once the housing and registration system is open, a link will direct you to the customized reservation site.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Based on our experience with previous expositions, it is HIGHLY LIKELY that you will be contacted by a housing group offering you discounted hotel rooms even prior to the opening of the room block. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. Those who opt for alternatives to the SFPA negotiated rates and terms may find themselves at risk. SFPA reminds its exhibitors that we have no affiliation with any of these room brokers.

EXHIBIT SPACE ALLOCATION
The Expo Advisory Committee adopted the use of a Priority Points System to allocate and assign exhibit space.
This fair system establishes a total point value based on the following criteria:
-
Years of Membership in SFPA
-
Years of Participation in Expo (since 1995)
-
Size of Exhibit Space from the Previous Expo
-
SFPA Members have first option to select an exhibit space – from highest to lowest total point value.
-
Previous year Exhibiting Companies have option to select exhibit space before any other company – from highest to lowest total point value
